You can use a different address, but the claims are not transferred over to the new one. If you are still using the same wallet, then it’s important to know that many Bitcoin wallets change the address when you receive Bitcoins, but that does not mean you won’t receive Bitcoins to the old address anymore, as it still reaches your wallet.
